One of the Main Menu at the 2020 Oscar Dinner
 
Ingredients:
  •     1 green onion
  •     1 tsp chopped chives
  •     1 cup fresh soft ricotta
  •     1/4 tsp black pepper
  •     1/2 tsp onion powder
  •     12 slices prosciutto
Instructions:
  1. Finely chop the green onion.
  2. Mix the ricotta, chopped green onion, chopped chives, black pepper and onion powder together in a small bowl.
  3. Cut the prosciutto in half crossways.
  4. Place about 2 teaspoons of mixture at the short end of your prosciutto and then roll up like a cigar. the exact amount of filling needed will depend on the size of your prosciutto.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes, or until needed.
